When our Special Services team stops out to clean your carpet, strip and wax your floors, or attend to any other of your needs, we leave a written outline behind noting exactly what we did. We also sign off on a checklist stating exact procedures and time completed - signed by the whole crew for a personal touch, and also to establish accountability.

Building Inspectors received the #1 rating in service by "Being There". Our Building Inspectors work when you do. We inspect your building between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If anyone in your company has a specific need, we're there! Guaranteed!
