Employee Training

Starts with a strong in-office orientation for their first night. Then, Leone's Building Services has a number of training facilities. These sites are customers we have cleaned for some years. Usually, 3 or 4 story buildings. Set up on each floor are specific training stations. A newcomer will train side by side with a trainer one day per floor getting the knowledge of our chemicals as well as how and when to use them.

After four plus nights of training there, we'll make them part of a clean-team. One new employee per team. The new employee will then work side by side with the team manager until they see fit to make them a permanent part of the team. This usually takes place after 1 month of training.
